School Office
•     Reception is open from 08:50 - 16:00 Monday - Friday during term time
•     Reception is not open during school holidays (emails are processed) 
 

Lost Property 
•     Lost property is located in the main office reception area
•     Items can be collected at break/lunch and after school 
•     If we can identify who the item belongs to a message will be sent to parents to collect items 
•     All items are cleared and donated to charity at the end of each half term 
•     The last week of each half term tables are set up on the playground to encourage pupils and parents to collect their items 
•     Please encourage your child to collect their belongings if you notice an item is missing 

Communication 
•     Please download the Class Dojo app as soon as possible. This is the means by which teachers and staff will communicate and upload home learning tasks  

Payments 
•     The school payment system is Tucasi
•     If you need log in details please contact the school office 
 

Medication 
•     If you need to leave medication you must complete a medication form 
•     Please contact the office to request a form
•     If your child’s medical needs change please contact us to ensure we have the correct information
